Checks and Screening
Beacon Hill Nannies Inc. offers the most extensive and thorough
investigation into the candidate’s work history and experience.
|
- Each Beacon Hill Nanny participates in a 2 ½ - 3
hour interview with three of our Placement/Recruiting Directors.
- Beacon Hill Nannies personally contacts every
employer the candidate has had to verify their job performance.
- With every child care position Beacon Hill Nannies conducts
a twenty question interview. For example, if a nanny candidate
has had 10 – 15 child care positions, we will be conducting
that many interviews.
- If a candidate has any inexplicable gaps in their work
history, we will not work with that candidate.
- We do a complete education verification confirming their attendance
and degree conferred.
- We will conduct a criminal check in every state and
country they resided.
- We will conduct a motor vehicle check for suspensions,
tickets and/or accidents in every state the candidate has
resided.
- We require a Doctor’s statement of good health,
listing all current prescriptions and TB test results.
- Beacon Hill Nannies must be certified in CPR
and First Aide (HeartSaver).
- Training Seminar provides
Beacon Hill Nannies with useful advice on professionalism, the
role of a nanny and the communication skills necessary for a successful
placement.
