Our nationwide network of childcare recruiters is expanding due to increased demand. We are looking for individuals who will source prospective nanny and au pair candidates.

Candidates should have a minimum of three professional childcare references and be able to make a one-year commitment.

Beacon Hill Nannies offers $150 for each candidate placed via NannyNet. The candidate must be placed through Beacon Hill Nannies and be employed for at least 3 months. Referral fees do not apply to summer placements.
