Placement Process Step I |
| Step II Upon receipt of your application, one of our placement directors will contact you to discuss your particular child care needs. We will compile a family profile from this information, and use it to match your specific needs to our candidates. |
| Step III You receive a complete background file on each Nanny, as well as a videotaped interview. A telephone conversation with any candidates you wish to contact will follow. Beacon Hill Nannies suggests that you conduct a second interview at your home. We encourage families and candidates to spend time together prior to placement in order to facilitate a well thought-out decision. |
| Step IV If you and the candidate are both in agreement, a contract will be drafted between you and your Nanny. The basic contract is provided by Beacon Hill Nannies and we require you to complete and sign this contract (it covers salary, employment terms, etc.) and return it to Beacon Hill Nannies. |
| Step V The $3,750.00 Placement Fee becomes due and payable to Beacon Hill Nannies, Inc. Our placement fee covers the placement of the Nanny and includes our Guaranteed Replacement should the Nanny not work out. You are eligible for up to two additional placements in a one-year period. |
| Receive an addition 23% discount on you Placement Fee and pay $3000.00 by signing up for the EasyManage Payroll Service. |
