| Step II Upon receipt of your application, one of our placement directors will contact you to discuss your particular child care needs. We will compile a family profile from this information, and use it to match your specific needs to our candidates. |
| Step III You receive a complete background file on each Nanny, as well as a videotaped interview. A telephone conversation with any candidates you wish to contact will follow. Beacon Hill Nannies suggests that you conduct a second interview at your home. We encourage families and candidates to spend time together prior to placement in order to facilitate a well thought-out decision. |
| Step IV If you and the candidate you have made an offer to are both in agreement, a detailed job description should be drafted between you. Beacon Hill Nannies will draft a one year contract between you and your Nanny as a courtesy. The basic contract is provided by Beacon Hill Nannies and we recommend you require your Nanny to complete and sign this contract (it covers salary, employment terms, etc.) and return a copy to Beacon Hill Nannies. |
| Step V $3750.00 Placement Fee Due: At the time the offer is accepted, 50% of your Placement Fee is due (at the time of hire) to remove your Nanny from any further job search efforts. The remaining 50% of the Placement Fee is due and payable to Beacon Hill Nannies, Inc by the Nanny's start date. Our placement fee covers the placement of the Nanny and includes our one year Guarantee Replacement policy should the Nanny not work out. Beacon Hill Nannies, Inc. offers the most generous guarantee in the industry. You are eligible for up to two additional placements in the one-year contract. |
