Nanny Reference Checks

Each candidate that applies to Beacon Hill Nannies submits a detailed application. It includes a complete listing of their childcare experience and a list of references. Beacon Hill Nannies' placement specialists will do a complete reference check on the education and work history by conducting phone background checks. Topics covered in the checks include verification and performance level of their work history, verification of educational background, and most importantly, a telephone interview with each previous childcare employer.
